Vale of Glamorgan Council
450 domestic re-roofs over 3 years
Approx project value: £3.25m
For this project, we worked in Barry and the surrounding areas. Over the course of three years, we replaced 450 domestic roofs. These comprised of a mixture of slate, tile and metrotile steel sheet roofing. Where necessary, we also undertook chimney demolition, repairs and repointing.
Hereford Housing Ltd
200 domestic re-roofs over 2 years
Approx project value: £2.2m
This project involved the replacement of 200 roofs in and around Hereford and rural locations within the county. We undertook the replacement and repair of a mixture of slate, clay and concrete tile roofs. In addition, we undertook chimney repairs where required.
Atlantic College, St Donats, South Wales
Specialist leadwork on Grade I Listed castle
Approx project value: £100k
The Grade I Listed St Donats Castle, now part of the UWC Atlantic College in the Vale of Glamorgan was in need of specialist leadwork. We undertook extensive lead repair and replacement within this protected medieval structure.
